Keith Farrell has experience in commercial and residential design, construction document production, project management, ADA and building code analysis, current drafting programs such as AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup.  Keith has more than 20 years experience in permit submittals and construction administration.

 

Following his studies in Architecture at the University of Southern California, Keith worked in the Peace Corps organizing running water, sanitation and other health education related projects in rural locations of Paraguay in South America.

After the Peace Corps, Keith developed curriculums and taught hand craft modeling and design lab-study courses which supplemented primary design studio courses for the School of Industrial Design and the School of Architecture at Universidad Catolica in Asuncion, Paraguay.  The courses explored the development of wood furniture prototypes as well as the interpretation of ideas into physical form.



The 664 Design team pursues the understanding and the resolution of spacial and material relationships where shelter and a sense of place is repeatedly negotiated in an attempt to achieve an engaging, comfortable and productive atmosphere.

As designers, we depend on our clients to help provide the priorities and preferences from which these relationships are defined and established. 

 

 


Pursuant to the Architects Practice Act, Business and Professions Code (BPC) Section 5536, Keith Farrell is not a California licensed architect. BPC Sections 5537 and 5538 allow unlicensed individuals to design residential buildings of wood frame construction not more than two stories and a basement in height; and with no more than four dwelling units per lot; as well as nonstructural or nonseismic commercial tenant improvements. 

Keith Farrell is an active NCARB Canditate, (National Council of Architectural Registration Board), is eligible to for and is currently taking ARE exams, (Architect Registration Examination).
